How To Live In The Age of Shit

Inspired by Tastyfish's "how-to" from https://web.archive.org/web/20260526151 ... ow_to.html, I want to know how to live in the age of shit. Like where you need to register your phone number with ID in some countries (I know Diggy's a Polish). Also we can expand the section "Things We Can Give Up" from DigDeeper's article "Bypassing the Privacy Chase", basically the art of living from pre-The Interner with some 2000s twist.
